Welcome to the Journal!

My journal highlights my personal and professional adventures as a full-time wedding photojournalist! I absolutely love being a wedding photographer! My "job" is to hang out with awesome couples on the biggest day of their lives! Throughout my career I've photographed city weddings with 300 guests and small intimate Riu Ochos Rios Jamaica destination weddings with about 30 guests! My wedding photography studio is based out of Lewes Delaware, although I've traveled all over the world including Kingston Jamaica and Montego Bay Jamaica to photograph two events with Prince Charles!!!

So if you want to hang out on your wedding day, please drop me a line...even if you don't have a date set, wedding reception site picked or even if there is no fat rock on your finger! ;)

This made my day and I laughed so hard I almost fell over!!!

So I have a global translator on my website which allows search engines from around the world to send traffic to my website.  So my website can be viewed in Italian, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Greek and Dutch.  This has resulted in 7,895 visits to my website from 79 countries/territories in the last 3 months!  I was checking my web traffic stats and I saw that someone from South Korea was hangin’ out on my website for a while.  So I did a little research and translated the Korean back to English!  Found out they searched “Jamaica wedding photographer” and landed on my website all the way from South Korea!  Then I read the translated version of my post….you ready to laugh?!?!?!

Here is the original English version:

Well its back to Jamaica again early tomorrow….for the third time this year! Kim and I spent some time there for our Jamaica honeymoon last June.  In March I hung out in Kingston Jamaica and Montego Bay Jamaica photographing some events with Prince Charles!

Here is the Korean version translated back to English:

Back to the good of Jamaica again early tomorrow…3 for the time! Kim Jong Il sent us some time and there’s the honeymoon and Jamaica in June last year. Chyeoteu in 3 years, I am in Kingston Jamaica, and Jamaica, Monty photo of the event Prince Charles.

This person in South Korea must think I’m a big baller!  Photographing Prince Charles in Jamaica (which is true) and Kim Jong Il “sent us some time” (which is NOT true)!!!  LOL
