It has been a while since I have updated my blog for several reasons. Website issues and a lot of travel! So I wanted get a couple of my fave images up from the last two weddings I photographed.
Man what a great weekend of weddings! Usually a never shoot more then one wedding in a weekend but this was a exception.
First here is a shot from Carrie and Brandon’s Baywood Greens wedding.

Then here is a killer shot from Kelli and Jonathan’s awesome Cape May NJ, Congress Hall wedding!

More wedding pictures this week!

Oh Kelli and Jonathan how I longed for your wedding day! Haha. Well Kelli, Jonathan and I go way back…to August 2007…when they booked me. I believe this was the farthest out that anyone has ever booked me as their wedding photographer. A year after they booked me we finally met and hug out during their Cape May New Jersey engagement pictures! We had a great time walking around the streets of Cape May. Their Congress Hall wedding was no different.
From the time I showed up Kelli and her family were full of happiness and smiles. Their beach wedding was picture perfect (no pun intended) and the reception at Congress Hall was amazing!

This is one of my fave wedding pictures of all times!!!

During my first meeting with Susan to talk about her wedding she said something very interesting to me. I explained the importance of engagement pictures and how this will help my brides and grooms to feel more comfortable on the wedding day. I said, “Essentially I want you guys to be comfortable and act natural!” She said, “Natural for Joe? He will probably smack my butt!” Haha. I know this would be a great couple to work with.
We met up back in October for their Washington DC engagement pictures and had a freakin blast! My cheeks hurt from laughing to much! So I was very excited to shoot thier Rehoboth Beach Country Club wedding!

I always love when I get the chance to shoot in NYC! So when Meg and Frank invited me up to shoot their New York City engagement pictures, I said heck yeah! This was the first time meeting this awesome couple as they are planning their destination wedding from NYC. We met up at a cool little restaurant called Agave for some drinks and shoot the breeze. Then walked around Manhattan NYC and laughed…oh and shot some pics too!
We walked over to the spot where Frank proposed to Meg….and got cut off by this dude
who plopped his butt on the bench. It was hilarious!

Aaaawwwwww.

Hahahaha.

Leg guitar??? Rock on guys….rock on!

Fluorescent green fanny packs are making a come back!

Looking forward to their Rehoboth Beach Country Club wedding this July!
