I met Sara and Steve in downtown Washington DC for their engagement pictures before their wedding. Their wedding will take place in Lewes Delaware this June. So, we only had a couple months left, which worked out because they wanted pictures during the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC! We walked about like tourists shooting pictures of every landmark in Washington DC!!!
As if Washington DC didn’t have terrible traffic already!

Sarah, Mike and I headed to downtown Lewes Delaware to hang out and shoot some engagement pictures! We stopped for some drinks at the new Agave Mexican Restaurant in Lewes where some of my good friends, from Redwood Concrete Studio, made the custom concrete bar. Anyhooooo…the weather forecast had thunderstorms and wind for later that day. Fortunately the storms broke up, but the wind was kicking with a capital ‘”K!” We had a great time despite the wind gusts of over 25 mph and the temperature drop of 15 degrees! Pretty sure their wedding will be a lot of fun no matter what!!!
Sarah and Mike are having a Baywood Greens wedding in October.

My adventure started with a very relaxing cruise on the Cape May Ferry from my house in Lewes Delaware. Last time I was in Cape May New Jersey was for Alicia and Mike’s Congress Hall wedding back in December. This time was to meet Brielle and Matt for the first time and shoot some engagement pictures. I’ll be hanging out with Brielle and Matt for their Washington Crossing Inn wedding in Washington Crossing Pennsylvania!!! Brielle and Matt were such a fun couple and reminded me why I love what I do!

Then we headed over to Mainstay Inn B&B.

Kristen and Bill scoped out Pemberton Park in Salisbury, Maryland for their engagement pictures. They were naturally photogenic and we just hung out and had a good time. They will be having a Baywood Greens wedding next June! Kristen and I actually met at the Baywood Bridal show.
