I met Daniuska and Yonnell, for the first time, to shoot some engagement pictures! Dani initially didn’t want engagement pictures….but, I was able to get her on board with the idea. I explained that her wedding day should not be the first time to work with her wedding photographer! Well, we walked the streets of Wilmington chit chatting, laughing and snapping some photos. Now that we know each other better….their JC Melrose Country Club wedding will be no biggy.

Jenn is another Delaware Knottie who contacted me to photograph her Patio at Archmere wedding! She was planning her wedding from Virginia and recently moved back to Delaware. So, Jenn and Dan finally were able to hang out with me for some engagement photos. They met while attending University of Delaware, and wanted to get their engagement pics done on the campus. Heck, I’m always down for a new location to shoot pictures!
This shot was actually Jenn’s idea!
This is the exact spot where Dan asked Jenn to be his wife!!!!

Cornelia and Marc came to me by way of Niki and Kyle after their White Clay Creek Country Club wedding! We finally met in person for some fun engagement pictures in Chesapeake City Maryland. Chesapeake City Maryland has special meaning for them because this is where Marc proposed to Cornelia! Pretty sweet, huh? We walked around and shared some laughs together! After that, we drove (very fast lol) over to Elk Neck State Park to finish up before we went to dinner in Northeast Maryland. It is always great to hang out and get to know my couples before the wedding day! Most of the time I didn’t have to pose them up, and Cornelia was coming up with ideas all day!
Marc decided to throw a crab apple at my head while shooting!
It almost hit me, too….ya see it at the top of the picture?
There were so many deer out on our way back from Elk Neck State Park.

Mary and Jeff came down, from outside of NYC, to the beach one more time before their Rehoboth Beach Country Club wedding for some engagement pictures! I picked them up and headed to downtown Lewes Delaware for some pics. We had some drinks at Half Full then walked around for a bit. After that, we drove out on Cape Henlopen State Park to get our feet in the sand!
